Model importer for Kingdom Hearts 2

It's as dirty as it can get but eh, it kinda works.

It is supposed to be used in combination with a model splitter and MDLX Creator,
as KH2 works with several model parts and bones and textures aren't a part of 
the VIF packets at all.
