This currently uses overlays until open-fprintd and python3-validity are
upstream (or fprintd gets support for 06cb:009a but the author doesn't
seem too keen on doing that...)

Switched to an actual boolean instead of a string substitution upstream,
so let's replicate this behaviour here

infrastrcture/star: add support for nvidia driver · afc588c9

nouveau performs so poorly that it is unusable in essentially any and
all situations. Stick to proprietary drivers until someone decides to
publish a firmware bug to allow reclocking. Thanks nvidia for having
      signed-only firmwares for their GPUs!

profiles/laptop: ensure primary battery is used · a5e48fc9
      GovanifY authored
Some laptop (eg last ThinkPad before they dropped removable batteries)
have a two battery system and the udev event will act when the first
battery dies, which usually is less than 20-30% of your entire battery
life, so not great so great.

This changes the default behaviour to ensure this only happens on BAT0
which, hopefully, should always be the primary battery. Other
assumptions in navi will break if this isn't the case, so I'll have
other things to worry about in this case
